Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) once payment is confirmed.

  • Processing time means getting your order ready for shipment — it does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Standard shipping (United States): Estimated 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping (U.S.): Estimated 1–3 business days after processing (if available).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected, the order weight, and destination region. 

Shipping to multiple regions

  • We currently ship to the United States.

  • If shipping to additional countries is available, you should list them here, including estimated delivery times and any customs/import duties.

Order tracking & notifications

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to track your shipment.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of your order being processed, please contact us at hello@dinkndilly.com

Customs, duties & taxes

  • For domestic U.S. orders, all taxes and duties are included at checkout.

  • For international orders (if applicable), any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping address changes & cancellations

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@dinkndilly.com

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or rerouted; you may still request a return once received.

Lost or damaged parcels

  • If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your shipment, please check with your local courier first.

  • If the package is confirmed lost or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@dinkndilly.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

International shipping (if you support it)

  • Orders shipping outside the United States may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
